By using the services of NowOn Digital (“the Company”), you (“the User”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Use of our services constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
1.1 NowOn Digital provides tools enabling Users to design, preview, and publish websites.
1.2 Deployment (publishing a website) shall occur only upon successful payment.
1.3 Additional services and features may be offered as addons.
2.1 Hosting services provided by NowOn Digital are valid for a fixed period of one (1) year from the date of deployment.
2.2 Prior to the expiration of the hosting period, NowOn Digital will send a renewal notice to the User.
2.3 Renewal requires confirmation by the User and full payment of the applicable renewal fee.
2.4 Failure to renew before the expiration date will result in suspension and subsequent deletion of the hosted website and its content.
2.5 NowOn Digital shall not be held liable for any data loss, service interruption, or consequences arising from non-renewal.
3.1 Users bear full responsibility for all content created, uploaded, or published through NowOn Digital services.
3.2 Users must ensure that their content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
4.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited:
5.1 Complaints regarding User content may be submitted by third parties, authorities, or organizations through the official communication method listed on the NowOn Digital website.
5.2 Upon receiving a complaint, NowOn Digital may review the content in question.
5.3 NowOn Digital retains full and exclusive discretion to determine compliance. Its evaluation is final and binding.

6.1 All payments are processed exclusively through Stripe, a secure third-party payment provider.
6.2 NowOn Digital does not handle, store, or process any payment card details or financial information.
6.3 Payments are final upon processing.
6.4 Refunds shall not be issued except in cases of proven technical billing errors attributable to NowOn Digital.
6.5 Deployments cancelled or removed due to prohibited use, content restrictions, or security abuse are not eligible for refunds.
7.1 NowOn Digital does not create or maintain user accounts.
7.2 NowOn Digital will never request passwords, credit card details, or personal identification information.
7.3 The only personal information required is the email address provided during the order form.

8.1 NowOn Digital services are provided strictly on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

8.4 Users accept that downtime, errors, or service interruptions shall not constitute grounds for refunds, damages, or claims of any kind.

10.2 Continued use of services after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11.1 These Terms shall be governed and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
11.2 Any dispute, claim, or proceeding shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Quebec, Canada.
11.3 Users expressly waive the right to bring claims in any other jurisdiction.
